My Stately Neighbor
Once again my state is at the forefront of the news and politics of law enforcement aggression against its own civilians. About a mile from where George Floyd was murdered by law enforcement a Federal, not state this time, official opened fire and murdered Renee Nicole Good. I never met Renee, to my knowledge. I've spent a lot time all over the twin cities metro area for work. Often meeting momentarily all kinds of the general public. It's one small part of what I love about my job. At some point I may have seen her in a store, walking, passed by her on the road, etc. I knew nothing of her and yet my anger and frustration has been boiling for days and days about this. Her murder alone angers me, the worst part is the blatant lies from all kinds of federal officials trying to cover their own asses because they know it doesn't look good at all.
